HIV/AIDS infection among drug users issue is need serious handling. Up to May 2004, HIV/AIDS cases among drug users in Bali reported 250 cases, most coming from productive age groups 20 to 39 years old. Other data which show the problems level are mortality effect of complicated various disease, one of AIDS issues, more than 30 drug users in Denpasar and Kuta in range of less than 4 years (interview with key person of former Injecting Drug Users). Most of victims have never experienced HIV test and medical treatment.
